Leading Change in Adult Protective Services (two-part series)
This course explores topics beyond traditional leadership (often intertwined with the concept of authority), by providing a more expansive view that allows workers in any role to bring about needed progress. This framework, Adaptive Leadership, helps people to confront difficult realities, let go of outdated practices, and experiment with innovative ways of working. At this time, APS supervisors and other management are prioritized for registration, however if space allows then other APS roles will be considered for registration.
