The Integrated Core Practice Model (ICPM) offers a unified practice approach designed to enhance collaboration among child welfare, juvenile probation, county mental health providers, Tribes, regional centers, education partners and community-based organizations. Its ultimate goal is to create a cohesive statewide service system that supports families, children and youth. This course introduces the ICPM by exploring its history, evolution and core components. Participants will be encouraged to critically assess how their agencies and individual practices align with ICPM principles and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
After attending this training, participants will be able to:
