HFW Role Refresher - Clinician

This 2-hour refresher course is part of the required training curriculum under the California High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Center of Excellence (COE) and is intended to build alignment and a shared understanding of the (licensed) Clinician role within the California HFW model. Designed for current and returning Clinicians, this course revisits the purpose and value of the Clinician role, clarifies the key responsibilities of the Clinician, and reviews the foundational skills that support clinical consultation, clinical supervision, effective teaming, and fidelity. By the end of the session, participants will have renewed confidence in their role and a clearer understanding of the core skills and responsibilities that contribute to providing effective clinical guidance to support High Fidelity Wraparound teams.
