CWS/CMS Referral Creation Intake (Virtual)

This course introduces students to basic referral intake and client management.

After attending this training, participants will be able to perform the following functions within CWS/CMS:

• Creating and entering a referral in CWS
• Searching, attaching, and creating a new client
• Entering allegations
• Creating a suspected child abuse form, screener narrative document, and emergency response document
• Entering response time

Participants will learn basic skills needed to do their assigned job duties in CWS/CMS.
