CWS/CMS Investigations Documentation (Virtual)

This class is designed for workers who are already familiar with CWS/CMS basic navigation but are new to the investigation documentation. Participants will learn the foundations of documenting investigations in a referral, which includes:

• Creating an investigative contact

• Concluding allegations

• Documenting and creation of the child abuse form

• Create and import investigative documents into CWS/CMS

• Document mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence data

• Disposition and closure of the referral.
