Coaching Difficult/Reluctant Workers (Virtual Training)

This one-day workshop will focus on one of the hottest conversations amongst supervisors and leaders: “How do we help change the difficult worker?” Attend this workshop to learn and share from your colleagues who are struggling with a similar challenge. Ideas, tools and strategies for working with the reluctant worker will be discussed, explored and practiced.

After attending this training, participants will be able to:
