California IP CANS Booster Session for the Qualified Individual (Self-Paced)

This 60-minute booster session provides an overview of California IP CANS for the use of the Qualified Individual. The principles and best practices in using the Child and Adolescent Needs & Strengths as a Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) assessment strategy, a communication framework, as well as tools to monitor outcomes and inform care plans for families and young people are also addressed.
