California APS Standards for Consistency in Determining Findings eLearning

In this 90-minute eLearning course, participants will use the California APS Standards for Consistency in Determining Findings Protocol, which includes the Guiding Principles and the Matrix. Participants will apply this protocol to case studies to make the decision-making process easier, increase effectiveness and reduce the stress often associated with determining findings. This training provides clarity on what information to gather during an investigation, what is and is not important in evaluating that information, and guidance in interpreting it.
