Being Effective with Difficult People

This workshop focuses on strengthening interpersonal communication and workplace relationships with co-workers, supervisors and subordinates. Participants will explore how their behavior and attitudes affect others and develop strategies to respond constructively to difficult behaviors. The training highlights characteristics of effective working relationships, including active listening, positive questioning and delivering meaningful feedback for successful communication.
