WTW Activities and Creating WTW Plans (Activity Agreements)

Success in Welfare to Work (WTW) depends on a thorough understanding of the customer’s strengths, barriers, interests and needs and then aligning the assigned activities appropriately. This workshop focuses on enhancing the case manager’s knowledge about activity regulations, employment regulations, and completing the activity agreement correctly though lecture and skills practice.

Topics Include:

  • Identifying when an assessment is required and the components of an assessment
  • Understanding Employment Activities & hours
  • Applying activity requirements with different activities
  • Increasing accuracy in completing the WTW 2 (Activity Agreement)
