This webinar will discuss the required roles, highlighting certain role specific strengths and challenges and how to navigate them. We will also build upon our previous Workforce Development webinar with a closer look at designing Wraparound training plans that support your staff in their individual roles, meet the California Wraparound Standards, and promote High-Fidelity Wraparound work.
Presenters:
Rebekah Cox is a Wraparound trainer and consultant. She has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. Cox has been a family specialist, facilitator, clinician, supervisor, trainer and coach. She has been an active member of the California Wraparound Community over the last 10 years, including being a member of the California Wraparound Advisory Committee-Core Steering Committee, co-chair of the Fidelity, Data and Outcomes Workgroup and co-chair of the Southern California Wraparound Hub.
Dawne' Shaw is a Wraparound specialist with the Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education - Human Services. She has been providing services to youth and families for over 15 years. As a mother who raised a child with challenges, she brings both personal and professional life experience to the support she offers. She is active in her community and collaborates with UC Davis Human Services as co-chair for the Parent Advisory Council, Special Education Parent Advisory Committee. She also facilitates the Southern Region of the Peer Partner Hub, co-chairs the Southern California Wraparound Hub and is a member of the California Wraparound Steering Committee. As the Program Specialist for Oak Grove Center, she provided training, coaching and mentoring in Wraparound to the staff, youth and families.
