This webinar presents on aligning initiatives for practice integrating ICPM, CFTS, CANS and SOP to achieve permanency. It gives some insight into the framework on what tools are available to help us understand what we do and when to do it. For instance: how to make better use of SDM tools. It will integrate all of the use of the tools and more importantly how to keep permanency in the forefront of your thinking from day one. The webinar will talk about the safety organized practice which is a lot of different things and the typical kind of foundational training and some specific strategies that can support permanency for youth who are receiving assist services. It gives a coherent approach to best practice with kids and families.
