Implementing a change in practice is hard – often really hard! – but getting to real changes in outcomes for kids and families depends on much more than sending staff to training. Implementing Visit Coaching will likely require a decent-sized change on the part of your visit supervisors, social workers and county processes. Because of this, we are offering county leaders (supervisors, program managers and child welfare directors) the opportunity to learn a bit more about what Visit Coaching implementation takes to be successful, including basic practice changes and how to measure fidelity.
