The goal of this workshop is to assist workers in understanding the nature of stress and how to employ time management techniques to optimize it. The workshop will give participants the information and techniques to help alleviate stressors and direct positive behaviors toward stressful situations. As a result, they will be better able to identify and diffuse the controllable sources of on-the-job and personal stress.
