This course explores techniques case managers can apply to organize their work to meet the many demands of the job. It also addresses some technical aspects of case management in human services settings related to helping clients find work and accessing resources. As a result of this course, participants will develop skills for taking an organized approach to their work which in return will positively impact their service delivery for their clients.
