Team Decision Making: Discovering My Role in Supporting the Family and the Process

During this course, participants will learn the basic elements of Team Decision Making, including their critical role in quality decision making. And through small and large group discussion participants will create the foundational elements of their specific role.

Topics include:

• Elements of TDM meetings and the role of participants
• How to create foundational elements of each support group's role in TDM to inform creation of policy and other documents
• The critical role they play in contributing to quality placement decisions
