Team Building

This workshop focuses on interpersonal communication and relationships with others. Participants explore how their behavior and attitudes impact others and how to positively deal with difficult behaviors. Additionally, participants learn the characteristics of effective working relationships such as how to set the stage for active listening, using questions in a positive way, and giving the feedback needed for successful communication. Participants will collaborate to solve a simulated problem as a team.

Topics include:

• Explain how to provide accountability to yourself and to the team
• Discuss various ways of building up your team
