CPIP Facilitation Training

This interactive training is strongly recommended for Technical Assistance (TA) providers supporting placing agencies with the County System Improvement Plan. Participants will build confidence in using the County System Improvement Plan Completion Guide, gain clarity on requirements and their role in system improvement planning, and practice engagement strategies for working with County Implementation Leadership Team (ILT) members, including navigating reluctance and challenging questions. Drawing on the expertise of seasoned TA providers, the session also connects system improvement plan work to statewide Child and Family Team (CFT) and IP-CANS practice, policy, and fidelity efforts, with hands-on opportunities to apply learning and identify resources for ongoing support.
