The purpose of this workshop is to explore the application of collegial coaching methodology to planning and debriefing team training events. Participants will decide to adopt and adapt elements of a coach approach when working as a training team.
Topics Include:
- Reviewing significant factors that impact team training success
- Practicing collegial coaching conversations when debriefing their work as a team
- Exploring the positive impact of crafting targeted Learning Questions when providing feedback to peers
- Reflecting upon then expressing ways this content applies to their own beliefs and behaviors when participating as a member of a team of staff development trainers
