During this workshop, those who are tasked with public speaking to agency staff when training and/or to agency partners who provide services to families in the community will have the opportunity to practice and reinforce a variety of ways to enhance their professional presentation skills. In this final session, participants can expect this course to provide an opportunity to demonstrate ways they are incorporating major concepts and practices.

- K3 Review various ways to organize content to match the needs of their context and audience
- V1 Describe the benefits of adopting tips for avoiding common presentation pitfalls – nerves, fears and challenges
- V2 Commit to employing specific tips designed to address self-identified opportunities for improving their presentation delivery
- S1 Practice delivering a brief presentation demonstrating their delivery skillset
- S2 Participate in conversations with peers about which presentation tips and models they choose to adopt and adapt to add value to their courses
- S3 Draft a plan for direct application of transfer of learning and/or training activities to a topic currently trained by the staff development team
