Luck will provide onsite distance coaching for Placer County staff, internal coaches, Child and Family Team Meeting facilitators, and supervisors immediately following classroom training. This will include individual and group coaching to enhance the transfer of learning of skills and practice techniques. Luck will focus on engagement strategies, culturally responsive practice, use of Structured Decision Making (SDM) tools and rigorous safety plan development in collaboration with family and network member.
