This course series is designed to support participants in their implementation of the National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE) software application. NEICE enables the electronic exchange of information that is required for interstate placements of children in foster care or adoptive settings. The American Public Human Services Association collaborated with the Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children to develop the NEICE application. Tetrus Corporation created the NEICE software program and the e-learnings which will be utilized throughout this offering.
This series consists of 4 live modules. In between each module participants will complete assigned e-learnings.
Module 1 - Basics of NEICE: This session will provide an overview of the system, including a demonstration of the training site and an introduction of a practice case.
Module 2 - Nuts and Bolts of NEICE: This session will debrief the e-learning homework and discuss the roles and responsibilities of those who interface with the NIECE system.
Module 3 - Making NEICE a Reality: This session will debrief the e-learning homework and review the advanced features of NEICE.
Module 4 - Technical Assistance Zoom: This session will provide an opportunity to discuss additional questions, review the parking lot of unaddressed topics and think through other implementation issues.
