This workshop provides an overview of MEDS Alerts. It includes both Daily and Recon alerts that Case Managers come across on a daily basis. It focuses on individual alerts, their meaning, and the actions required to clear them.

- Identify the different types of Alerts
- Identify common trends that create Alerts
- Identify best practices in resolving Alerts
