Time management isn’t just about on-the-job advice; it’s general life advice as well. This workshop will provide concepts and components of time management and prioritization with an emphasis on the importance of managing time-wasters, planning efficiently, practicing mindfulness techniques and prioritizing tasks to help manage the stress that follows-up throughout our day, whether at work or at home.
