Management Development Program 2.0

We empower human services professionals by providing them with the knowledge, skills and resources to support those most in need in their communities.

The Management Development Program (MDP) 2.0 continues to advance this mission. The new program builds on the principles, theories, models and tools from our original MDP developed in 2011. The MDP 2.0 is designed to engage managers of human services agencies in a professional development opportunity that introduces current research, models and frameworks from the field of management.
