This workshop will assist leadership teams in navigating, communicating and mobilizing change in their organization. Participants will learn and understand their own responses to change as well as the responses of others. They will learn the differences between change and transition and their role as leaders in building capacity. Participants will be engaged in examples and discussion regarding the critical nature of innovation during times of change. In addition, tools and exercises regarding how to innovate through times of change will be provided.
