Leadership Teams: Improving Interactional Dynamics

This workshop will focus on the Leadership Team interactional dynamics. Participants should complete the Wiley DISC Assessment prior to this session. Prior sessions focused on Leadership Team interactional dynamics with a focus on understanding the different DISC styles among team members and how they impact team functioning. Additionally, the model for The 5 (Dys)functions of a Team was introduced with Trust as the foundation for Team functionality.

Topics Include:

  • Gaining an increased understanding of self and fellow team members
  • Identifying the implications of the individual DiSC styles of the team members and discovering how they contribute to team functionality
  • Recognizing personal DiSC styles and strategies for interactions with different DiSC Styles
  • Developing individual and team skills and capabilities around Trust, Conflict and Commitment
