This workshop is a broad overview of the Welfare to Work (WTW) program. Participants will explore the components of the WTW flow and learn how to engage WTW participants in the process, to allow them flexibility to be successful. The instructor will provide hands-on demonstrations and functions of the automated system.

- Review WTW requirements
- Understand WTW processes
- Observe process in automated system
- Practice creating activity agreements
