- Continuum of Care (CoC) and Coordinated Entry Systems (CES)
- Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and Data reporting

Day 4: Housing Case Management
- Housing case management – Strength based approach
- Motivational coaching
- Effective documentation
- Time management in HSP
- Fraud and Inappropriate use of funds
Day 5: Housing Navigation and Best Practices
