Course Overview
This course is designed for Wraparound supervisors and coaches seeking to enhance their skills and integrate coaching principles into evidence-based supervision strategies. Unlike high-fidelity coaching, this course focuses on laying the foundational aspects necessary for engaging in high-fidelity Wraparound coaching. This course is part one of a three-part series, with part two focused on coaching for high-fidelity Wraparound and part three focused on coaching teams. Led by experienced facilitators, the training will adopt a skills-based coaching model, centering on practical application and experiential learning.
