Ethics Confidentiality and Professional Boundaries in the Workplace - Year 2

This workshop will focus on ethical decisions participants must make on a daily basis and create some guidelines for behavior which will support a “drama free” work environment. Participants will explore and create their own list of professional boundaries with clients and families.

Topics Include:

• Defining ethics and professional boundaries.
• Assessing personal ethical decisions.
• Identifying behaviors that support a code of ethics.
• Describing the role of perception and its importance to workplace relationships, culture and morale.
• Understanding the ramifications of unethical behaviors.
• Creating a list of professional boundaries specific to their role and responsibilities.
