Emotional Intelligence at Work

When it comes to happiness and success in life, emotional intelligence (EQ) matters just as much as intellectual ability (IQ). Emotional intelligence helps you build stronger relationships, succeed at work, and achieve your career and personal goals. In this workshop, participants will learn more about what emotional intelligence is, why it is so important, and how you can boost your own EQ. While some would argue that personal emotions should have no place in a workplace, humans cannot separate themselves from their feelings even when they act professionally. Instead of pretending emotions don’t exist, you can learn to work with your emotions to be even more effective and professional.
