This course walks participants through the essential administrative tasks that are typically done by supervisors or managers.
After completing this module, participants will be able to do the following with little or no assistance:
- Create a new staff person file
- Assign a caseload
- Record DOJ grievance information
- Make a secondary assignment
- Review approval requests
- Suspend a case
- Record safety alert
Participants will learn how to review and track tasks performed by the staff they supervise, as well as electronically transfer cases and grant approvals.
