This basic introductory class provides a brief overview of the basic functions of the CWS/CMS application for interns with a Thursday and Friday schedule.
After attending this training, participants will be able to perform the following functions within CWS/CMS:
- Investigate referrals
- Record contacts,
- Create case plans
- Create court reports
Participants will leave this class with the knowledge and skills to perform key tasks in CWS/CMS.
