CWS Clerical Support Staff Training: Introduction to CWS/CMS and Computer Skills

This course introduces students to basic navigation in CWS/CMS.

After attending this training, participants will be able to:

• Navigate within CWS/CMS
• Search for clients and open old referrals and cases
• Understand client services sections, notebooks, pages, and fields
• Access CWS/CMS resources (training portal, help menu, toolz)

Participants will learn basic skills needed to navigate CWS/CMS.
