Critical Thinking and Teamwork

This half day interactive workshop is designed to enhance teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills among employees and supervisors. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that simulate real-world scenarios and challenges encountered in their roles, focusing on collaboration, critical thinking and effective communication. Through guided debriefs, participants will reflect on their contributions as team members, identify strategies to improve engagement, and explore how to apply these skills in their daily work.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve common objectives, utilizing each member's strengths to overcome challenges.
  • Analyze information, identify gaps and develop logical solutions to complex scenarios, such as determining eligibility for public assistance.
  • Practice clear and concise communication strategies, adapting to various team dynamics and challenges.
  • Assess individual and group performance during activities, identifying behaviors that contribute to or hinder team success.
  • Recognize how improved teamwork and communication can lead to more effective and collaborative decision-making in the workplace.
