This workshop offers strategies for (re)sparking the development of our natural creativity by modeling foundational concepts and practices designed to expand the trainer’s toolbox of strategies for delivering and reinforcing program-related material with maximum impact.
When the ultimate goals for training include engaging the learner, facilitating retention and promoting the direct transfer of training to the workplace, current neuroscience informs us that creativity and innovation are essential elements.
