This one-day classroom modules is intended to help participants understand the role of bias (personal standards vs. community standards, MSLC) in their ongoing work with families. Content includes best practices for collaboratively (re)evaluating the effectiveness of the plan for achieving safety goals, collaboration and teaming to enhance well-being and placement stability, as well as strategies to support healing in children and families who experience trauma following child welfare placement.
