Connecting with Others

Studies show that having at least one colleague that can provide objective, non-judgmental support leads to employees staying longer and producing more. Teams that are able to communicate with respect and transparency can create a culture where those trusting relationships can more readily foster. This class provides strategies for building the interpersonal communication skills, such as listening, vulnerability, recognition and managing difficult conversations that promote trusting relationships.
