Coaching in Wraparound: Coaching to Fidelity

This advanced course is the third in the Coaching in Wraparound series and is designed for individuals with expert-level experience who are prepared to expand their skills in supporting others to deliver high-quality Wraparound practice, building on coaching skills learned in the Foundations of Coaching and Coaching Teams courses. This class focuses on coaching to Wraparound fidelity–ensuring that Wraparound implementation is aligned with its core principles, practice model and measurable standards. Participants will learn how to assess, reinforce and sustain fidelity in practice through observation, feedback and structured coaching approaches. Special emphasis will be placed on using data to guide coaching, supporting continuous quality improvement and addressing common challenges in maintaining fidelity across diverse settings. 

Pre-Requisites:

Before attending this training, participants should have:

  • Expert-level knowledge of the Wraparound process
  • Successful completion of the first two courses in the Coaching in Wraparound Series:
    • Foundations of Coaching
    • Coaching Teams

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply coaching strategies that reinforce Wraparound fidelity at both the individual and team levels
  • Use observation and feedback tools to assess fidelity and guide practitioners toward continuous improvement
  • Integrate date-driven coaching practices to monitor fidelity, identify patterns, and adjust supports accordingly
  • Address common challenges that arise in maintaining fidelity across divers community, cultural, and organizational contexts
  • Develop individualized coaching plans that support practitioners and teams in sustaining high-quality Wraparound practice over time
  • Model and promote fidelity-consistent behaviors that strengthen organizational culture and align with Wraparound values and principles

By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with advanced coaching strategies to ensure that Wraparound is delivered with quality, consistency, and lasting impact for youth and families.
