In class learning is only part of the process, so participants will be prepared to discover ways to follow up on the transfer of learning and ensure changed behavior.

Topics Include:

  • Discover ways to engage adult learners
  • Plan to incorporate all adult learning styles in training development
  • Create opportunities for audience involvement
  • List several ways to share information
  • Propose different methods to ensure the transfer of learning
