Beth Cohen, PhD is a clinical and organizational psychologist with a specialty in organizational and individual health and well-being. She utilizes her many years of expertise in workforce well-being to assess needs, design interventions, develop programs and train leadership, management, and staff in both private and public sectors. Dr. Cohen is a professional threat assessor, trauma and burnout expert, national speaker, and certified meditation instructor with post-graduate studies in organizational neuroscience. She is co-author of the award-winning book, Workaches: The Neuroscience Guide to Surviving and Thriving at Work. Dr. Cohen, in partnership with the University of California, Davis, will be cohosting the podcast, Rewire: Complex Trauma and the Mind-Body Connection, debuting in Spring of 2024 focusing on the issues that health and human services workforce and clients face today.
