The Integrated Core Practice Model, Systems of Care and AB 2083
This county-specific course will provide training and technical assistance on the Integrated Core Practice Model and an overview of Systems of Care (SOC) and the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) required between county agencies by Assembly Bill (AB) 2083. AB2083 MOU topics will include:
- Interagency Membership and Leadership Process
- Interagency Placement (Purpose, Practice and Policy)
- Information Sharing
- Financing
An overview of web-based resources for ICPM, SOC and AB2083 will be provided. Next steps for drafting the SOC installation work plan will be discussed.
