Sufficient information concerning an applicant’s situation must be obtained in order to make an informed decision for CalFresh eligibility. This session is an in-depth look at the verification requirements at Application, Recertification, SAR and Mid-Period. This session also provides strategies to prevent over-verification in CalFresh which can lead to unnecessarily delayed or denied benefits.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
