Building Resiliency and Accountability for Helping Professionals

This workshop is for any employee who has wished to move past unproductive behaviors that waste time and energy and instead focus on creating healthy habits that add value to the workplace. This workshop will introduce the concepts of resiliency and accountability and demonstrate how to improve outcomes by passing it down to customers.

Topics include:

  • Defining the components of resilience and accountability and discover the benefits of calling ourselves and others to greatness to improve outcomes for the customers we serve
  • Completing a self-assessment to determine strengths and opportunities for growth as helping professionals
  • Practicung strategies to recover quickly from and respond more constructively to setbacks by identifying other opportunities to succeed despite challenging circumstances
