This course will talk about “resiliency.” What is it and more importantly what are the steps/skills needed to be resilient while dealing with challenges in the workplace? It will empower participants to take actions necessary to put themselves in a better position to deal with challenges. It will also talk about how to identify what is in their control and how to better deal with the things they cannot do anything about.
