Building Capacity and Retention Through Coaching and Mentoring

This course will equip managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement coaching and mentoring practices to build capacity and enhance organizational retention. Participants will learn to develop and sustain a coaching and mentoring culture that fosters employee growth, engagement and long-term commitment.
