A Leadership Intensive for Child Welfare Directors, Managers and Supervisors
This transformative and groundbreaking 9-week virtual leadership series is being brought to our workplace for the first time by UCLA instructor Khush Cooper, Ph.D. Refined over two decades and taught across six continents, this course helps leaders begin to develop a mastery in leadership as a natural expression of who they are. Instead of studying leadership traits from the outside, participants will actively practice leadership in real-time situations. The course emphasizes personal transformation, self-awareness and the ability to act authentically and effectively in any leadership context.
