This advanced workshop builds on the foundational Diffusing Charged Situations training, offering participants deeper, more nuanced skills for managing complex and high-intensity interactions in professional environments. Using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches, the course empowers participants to identify subtle escalation cues, implement sophisticated de-escalation techniques, and maintain composure under pressure.
Emphasizing emotional intelligence, cultural humility and role-specific strategies, the training fosters safer, more collaborative engagements with clients and colleagues.
