Prerequisite: Participants must have attended the two-day Coaching Institute prior to attending this workshop.
You’ve attended the two-day Coaching Institute and are ready for more! This one-day course will review and dissect some of the key components of coaching. With a focus on group-based learning and shared experiences, supervisors will engage in thoughtful and reflective conversations regarding their coaching strengths and challenges and together, via group and dyad coaching, you will leave the class with enhanced skills and increased motivation to continue the journey of coaching.
